Have some ‘me’ time away from phones and cooking, and enjoy a weekend away in the peaceful surroundings of The Rural College and Derrynoid Centre.  Susan will guide you through all aspects of Patchwork, enabling you to work at your own pace and produce a piece to be proud of.

 

Christmas Wall Hanging

Brush up those techniques, new ways to make flying geese, prairie points, invisible appliqué and paper piecing.  Make a block or two using each of the different methods and finishes.  During this short class you should complete the wall hanging finished size about 36” square.

 

Please bring a sewing machine with its leads and instruction books, normal sewing kit, rotary cutter, ruler and mat.  If you do not have a machine, one may be provided.  You will also need to bring your own fabrics; details will be given upon enrolment.
