We all know that we are what we eat, but what are we eating?  This course aims to highlight some of the hidden ingredients in food so that you can understand what is actually going into our bodies.

 

We will have a look at what the human body is made up of and how best we can protect our health and maintain a good body shape by eating the right foods and finding out if and when it is right to take supplements.

 

Using some of the skills found in kinesiology we will look at food allergies and how they affect the body and what we can do to rectify them.

 

We will look at some of the alternative foods available for those who don’t eat bread, who have problems with dairy or who just find it hard to get weight off and to keep it off.

 

This course will be packed with information and delivered in a light heated way to take the mystery out of food and to highlight some easy and accessible ways to cook simple, tasty and healthy dishes, for all the family.
